If biased towards torque, smaller pipe and catalytic converter hinders horsepower at high rpm’s, performance at high speed is therefore compromised; if give up torque in favor of horsepower by increasing piping diameter, noise from the exhaust when driving in the city becomes problematic and cruising in low speed becomes a pain. ARMA Variable Exhaust Valve ARMA ECV with WIFI module. There are 3 modes in ARMA VEV system to choose from. By the simple press of the remote you can switch between the modes of your choice. On startup, valve will open and shut 5 times to prevent valve getting stuck by carbon build ups.
1.Open
Valve remain open, exhaust sound at its highest and full release of engine horsepower.
2.Close
Valve remain closed, exhaust sound as if back to OEM spec. Most importantly, close valve results in back pressure which increases the car’s torque at low rpms making city driving a breeze.
3.Auto
When driving to your desired speed for the valves to open, quick press of the settings button on the remote is all that is needed to set the timing of the valve to open or close. In Auto, you gain torque in low speeds and horsepower in high speeds.
